ADMIN Approve Master Services Agreement with Tri Counties Bank for banking services for the Treasurer/Tax Collector, further adopt the Resolution for Acceptance of Treasury Management Services with Tri Counties Bank. 3. ADMIN Appoint Molly West to serve on behalf of Colusa County as a member of the PRISM Board of Directors and appoint Kaline Moore to serve as the alternate. 4. SHERIFF/CORONER Adopt specifications for the Colusa County Sheriff's Department vehicle purchase Request for Bids (RFB) and authorize publication of same. 5. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) Ratify Business Local & LD Schedule with Frontier Communications of America, Inc. for Primary Rater Interface (PRI) services. 6. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) Reapprove Purchase Order 52102032026 in the amount of $27,637.01 with NWN Corporation for computers for the Sheriff's Department utilizing California State contract number 1-22-70-30 and authorize the Purchasing Agent to sign the Purchase Order. IV. HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES 1. Approve MOU, including Addendum No. 1, with Golden State Finance Authority. V. HUMAN RESOURCES 1. Authorize a temporary PERS Annuitant, Extra Help position in the classification of Deputy Probation Officer II, TPT, Range DSS22, Step 14, $45.58 per hour, effective May 18, 2026, with an end date of May 18, 2027, not to exceed 960 hours in a fiscal year. VI. LIBRARY 1. Approve the Frontier Services Agreement, E-Rate Rider, Dedicated Internet Access Schedule and Ethernet Local Area Network Schedule with Frontier Communications of America, Inc. for continued internet service at the Arbuckle, Grimes, Maxwell, Princeton, Williams and Colusa Library branches. VII. COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE 1. Adopt Resolution of the Colusa County Board of Supervisors Entering into a Tax Share Agreement with the City of Colusa for the Proposed Annexation to the City of Certain Property commonly known as the City of Colusa Wastewater Treatment Plant Annexation #2. Sitting as the Colusa County Air Pollution Control District Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Air Pollution Control Officer to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District for the acceptance of FY: 2021/2023 Woodsmoke Reduction Program grant funds. 2.
